What better way to spend time with a friend on these warmer evenings than enjoying a fresh new margarita recipe!

Who doesn’t love a good margarita every now and then?
Supplies:
- Drink Shaker
- Cute Glasses (because why not?)
- Measuring shot glass
Ingredients
- Tequila
- Triple Sec
- Lime
- Cream of Coconut
- Pineapple Juice
Recipe for 2 Drinks:
4 oz tequila
2 oz triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
1 oz cream of coconut
Top with pineapple juice
Shake with ice and pour into a glass
(bonus points for a pineapple garnish or coconut rim)

For this recipe I wanted to take the garnish game up a notch and add one of these darling pineapple flowers
Take one pineapple and remove the top and bottom as well as the sides.
Then take a melon baller and remove balls from the pineapple.
Next you’ll lay it on its side and cut extremely thin slices.
Place them on parchement paper lined baking sheets and bake in the oven 250 for 30 min. After 30 min flip them and bake again for another 30 min.
Then take them and put them in a muffin tin so they will set up like a flower. I even put mine back in the oven for about 10 more min
