Travel back to 1887 for a night in support of Dove Creek Equine Rescue at their Sunset Dinner on October 5th!
This year’s Sunset Dinner theme is “1887”, the year Amarillo was settled. The night will honor the Cowboy and Comanche legacy that runs deep in our area.
Here at From 6th Collective, we love being able to support Dove Creek Equine Rescue! This incredible organization has been a part of the From 6th Family since the beginning! We’ve enjoyed collaborating on them over the years on our styled shoots, through donations at their fun events, and by offering a selection of Apparel, Books, as well as their famous salsa and barbeque sauce here inside the shop! You may remember our cooking series with Ali where we made an amazing dinner using their salsa. Try it for yourself here.
Dove Creek’s Sunset Dinner is their largest benefit every year. The dinner features influences from the old “Ragtown” days with a barbeque meal and a specialty whiskey drink that will remind you of the old Wild West. There will be music brought to you by the Kory Brunson Band all the way from Denver, CO! To learn more about the Sunset Dinner and purchase tickets click here.
The night will also feature many live and silent auction items. You can win an assortment of both international and domestic vacation packages and more coming soon to their website! Check out the items available in the auction here.
You won’t want to miss out on this fabulous night, but if you can’t make it, please consider donating to their cause by purchasing their goods next time you’re out west!
