Free Local Delivery service is available to residents of Amarillo/Canyon and may be requested at checkout or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note Free Local Delivery in the subject bar of your email.
From 6th Collective reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Also, shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case you will be notified of any delay as soon as possible.
If you require a delivery appointment during weekday business hours or any other specific time, ‘inside’ delivery or delivery to a location other than a ground floor address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Unless otherwise specified, From 6th Collective does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery into residences or businesses. Installation, assembly or physical delivery into residences or businesses may be available through the shipping company. Any costs for installation, assembly or physical delivery into residences or businesses are the responsibility of the purchaser and not From 6th Collective.
As described in the return policies, it is very important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please write "PACKAGING DAMAGED/INSPECTION NEEDED" clearly on the delivery slip that you are asked to sign. Failure to note such damages or potential for damages with the shipper at the time of delivery will limit or completely prevent From 6th Collective from processing a damage claim.
If there is damage to report please take photos of the packaging/product and send them to email@example.com within 48 hours. Failure to report damage promptly restricts and may completely prevent our ability to process your claim.
The holiday buying season and subsequent shipping spike can inundate carriers and make delays unavoidable. From 6th Collective makes every effort to process and ship your purchase swiftly, but cannot be held responsible for delays in transit that are beyond our control. Shop early to ensure you get your item delivered on time!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of delivery for items purchased through the website. Items purchased in store, are not eligible for returns or exchanges per The Nat's policy. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (806) 367-8908.
Returns must be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense to From 6th Collective, ATTN: Returns, 2705 sw 6th Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79106.
Please include the original packing slip with your return. It is recommended that you insure your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within five business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information. Items that arrive to From 6th Collective damaged in any way will not be refunded.
* Examples of non-returnable items at From 6th Collective are sale items, taxidermy, artist spotlight, and special order items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. To exchange an item, simply follow the return process and then place a new order. For inventory reasons, we do not currently offer straight exchanges.
DAMAGES : DEFECTS
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Keep all damaged packaging materials including the box in which the shipment arrived along with all inside contents. If packaging materials are not kept we cannot process a damage claim with the carrier.
Claims must be reported immediately by calling us at (806) 367-8908 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed.
All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
Please note that From 6th Collective strives to recycle as much as possible when shipping. This means that, when possible, orders arrive in a box that has been appropriated from a previous shipment and that packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, and popcorn have also been reused. We appreciate any effort that you too can make to reuse our shipping materials and/or recycle them.
