It can’t go without saying that organizations like the Amarillo EDC help shape the local businesses and community within Amarillo. We especially love their work with Amarillo interns through their Uncover Amarillo Intern Experience. 

Firstly The Amarillo Economic Development Corporation (EDC) helps support local businesses, while also attracting new businesses, by providing guidance and financial assistance. 

Their Uncover Amarillo Intern Experience program was created to show college-age interns, both Panhandle native and from across the country, the small businesses and places that make Amarillo great through community-based events. 

This summer we were glad to host the Amarillo EDC and the interns right here in The Collective Canteen (coming so soon, y’all!) for one of their many events. Interns got the chance to learn more about local businesses in the Amarillo area. Thank you for including From 6th Collective!
