The longest days of the year are officially on their way and we’re welcoming them with open arms. To celebrate our excitement for summer at The Collective, we’re hosting our Welcome Summer event! Cheers to warmer weather and spending the majority of the days in the sun.

If you’ve been keeping up with us on the blog, you’ll remember our Local Love feature on the Amarillo Museum of Art. We’re huge fans of what they for our community and are excited for them to pop up with us at The Collective. Join them for a super cool art installation and come and go art activities for all ages.

Next up is the Discovery Center, join them for fun kids activities and more information on their summer camps (that are happening very soon!).

Panhandle PBS provides a gathering place for intelligent, trusted community engagement to educate, enlighten, entertain and empower the people of the Texas panhandle. That’s why we’re excited to host Panhandle PBS at our Welcome Summer Event as well! Come out and learn more about what this organization does for our community.

Grab some good for you food with our friends from FAV’s. They’ll be setting up shop from 12-4!

Have you got your Welded Forever bracelet yet? If not, what more perfect day than at the Welcome Summer event! Get sparked by our girl Kaytie with Hollow Dot. Book an appointment here.

We couldn’t imagine any other way to end your trip out west than with a sweet treat from Mitch E’s Frozen Lemonade. My favorite is the strawberry lemonade.

We’ve been searching for ways that we can help better our community, and have decided that giving back, through time and donations through our Collective Cares mission this weekend is a great way to start. We’re happy to announce that we will be donating 10% of all daily profits to The Maverick Boys & Girls Clubs.

The Maverick Boys & Girls Club’s goal is to provide at-risk youth from low-income families a safe, nurturing environment that enhances opportunities for youth ages 5-18.

We hope you plan to come see us out west! It’s gonna be a fun-filled day.
