If you’ve been driving out west on I-40 wondering where the new Collective is, don’t worry, it won’t be long until we officially break ground. As of right now, we’re holding tight to that August opening. Like any project, we’re trying to get the most bang for our buck without compromising the original vision for the property. That means crunching numbers and tweaking things here and there before we actually commit to anything. For example, adding a cafe into the space changes everything, and I mean everything! This is something I’m pretty dead set on, but when I don’t plan on being the long term operator, it makes decisions like dropping $4,000 extra dollars into cost of drilling an engineered well a lot more difficult. Feel free to go ahead and submit a vendor application though. We’re already working on a special unveiling event where we can really dig into the details about who and what the From 6th Collective will entail. If there’s something specific you’d like us to incorporate into the overall facility or if you think your business (especially gardeners, coffee houses, and creative installers) would be a good fit within the Collective, drop us a line.
